Waters has been UpCycling the papers into art pieces. Currently on show at Birmingham Business School are four examples of this technique. Three take quotations from famous Ecomomists as their starting point, whilst the fourth, entitled, The Ancient Mariners, is a mixed media piece that uses both Japanning and recognised painting techniques.
